In my multiple years of work as a devoted practitioner, I have adopted a modern approach to spirituality that puts you at the center of your own spiritual journey. As a mindfulness meditation, instructor, life, coach, metaphysical, teacher, and energy healer, I have multiple years of experience with a variety of certifications, including life coaching, sound healing, chakra healing, energy healing, meditation, Reiki, natural magic, and an ordained minister. It's with warmth and compassion, kindness, and openness that encourage others to explore my meditation sessions that consist of healing mindfulness, stress, relief sessions, teens, tweens sessions, and so much more. My coaching work will assist you in embracing every part of yourself, even though the moments that have been difficult to understand.
